I recently revisited Vermillion Restaurant and Watering Hole after over a decade, hoping to relive the nacho love from my past. The fajita nachos were tasty, but I felt the beef portion was a bit stingy compared to before.

The fish tacos were delightful yet seemed more like an appetizer. The ambiance was cozy, and our waitress Sophie was exceptional - always attentive and warm! 🌟 While prices have definitely increased, the charm and service make it worth a visit... maybe not for every meal, but every now and then!
