La Parrillita is quickly becoming my go-to spot for delicious Mexican food in Brownsville! 🌮 The moment you step inside, the wonderful aroma instantly transports you to a lively BBQ.

I indulged in the fajita asadas plate and my friend had the costillas - both were absolutely mouthwatering! The generous portion sizes left us with plenty to take home (definitely grab a to-go box!).

The aguas frescas are a must-try - I loved the horchata and limonada! The service was top-notch; they even apologized for the slight wait, which is rare! If you’re looking for cozy vibes and amazing food, don’t miss this gem!
