At Variedades Pasaquina, you can savor the essence of Salvadoran cuisine right in Houston. This cozy spot is celebrated for its authentic pupusas, offering generous portions at wallet-friendly prices. Diners rave about the nostalgic flavors, reminiscent of El Salvador, and the inviting atmosphere is perfect for solo diners and families alike. Though service can be hit or miss, the highlight here is undoubtedly the comfort food, including small plates and traditional drinks like Horchata. September 17, 2024Variedades Pasaquina is a hidden gem for authentic Salvadoran cuisine in Houston! 🌟 We indulged in their delicious pupusas - bean and cheese were our favorites, and at just $10 for four, they were an amazing deal.
The ambiance is casual and cozy, perfect for a laid-back meal. While the service could’ve been friendlier, I highly recommend the horchata! Their small store also offers fantastic Central American products, making it a great stop for unique finds. Definitely worth a visit for those craving a taste of El Salvador! 🇸🇻✨
