September 13, 2024I had the pleasure of dining at Soulfood by Catherine, and it felt like a slice of home! I ordered the fried pork chops and mac & cheese - absolutely delicious! 😋 The pork chops had a perfect crunch, while the mac & cheese was creamy and rich.
The cornbread was buttery, though a bit crumbly. Just remember, it's a casual spot, so don’t expect fancy decor! The fast service was a highlight, and dessert? Get the sweet potato pie - it's heavenly!
Looking forward to my next visit for more comfort food! 🍽️
