Valdemeso offers delightful Spanish cuisine in a cosy atmosphere that feels inviting. The paella is an absolute highlight, with a perfectly crispy bottom that complements the saffron flavors beautifully. The fried squid was enjoyable, but the octopus stole the show - perfectly tender and flavorsome.
