Taberna del Alabardero Madrid offers a delightful escape into the essence of Spanish cuisine. During my recent visit, the standout dish for me was the Raba de Toro, paired beautifully with a glass of vino Rioja. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between cozy and casual, great for a family gathering or a romantic dinner.
