Union Bar & Soda Fountain in Fort Collins is an absolute delight! 🌟

We visited for brunch and were thrilled with the free mimosas with our entrees before 2 p.m. The patio was stunning, allowing us to enjoy the lovely Colorado breeze. I highly recommend the strawberry peach cobbler - its flaky crust and perfect sweetness made for an unforgettable dessert!

While the service could be a bit slow at times, the positive atmosphere and delicious food make it well worth a visit. Can't wait to return! 🍹🍰
