Union Bar & Soda Fountain

This is a great place to go if you want to have a well-crafted drink.
There is variety in the liquors and combinations, so you'll always find something tasty.
The grilled cheese and green chili fry starters were great but be aware, when you ask for pork on the fries they absolutely don't hold back! The pricing here is a bit of a drawback, I do feel we slightly overpaid for things, but this wouldn't deter me from returning.

So delicious I was dancing! We got the tofu bahn mi and Olympus bowl with spicy mustard sauce.
Both were amazing! The huckleberry rose was such a great, refreshing drink and the strawberry fields was like dessert with alcohol.
Definitely worth it.
Seating was beautiful in the garden, too.

Picture this: you're sitting on the patio, a gentle breeze rustling through the trees, and a gorgeous sunset painting the sky—it's like dining in a postcard. The servers were another highlight.
They were super nice and incredibly attentive.
They managed to keep our glasses full and our spirits high without missing a beat. We enjoyed the vibe so much that we came back a second time.
It's rare for us to repeat a restaurant on vacation, but this spot was the exception.
It wasn't just the food or the service; it was the entire experience.
It felt like we were dining in the comfort of a friend's backyard, minus the awkward conversation about their new lawnmower. If you're in Fort Collins, do yourself a favor and visit this place.
