Under the Sea - Ephemera truly transports you to an enchanting underwater world. The ambiance is fantastic, enhanced by vivid decor and immersive projections that evoke a dreamy maritime feel.

I opted for the pollock curry, which was simply impeccable, paired beautifully with fluffy basmati rice. The burrata and gravlax starters were divine, showcasing freshness in every bite.

While the service was a tad on the slower side, the staff remained friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Don't skip the banoffee for dessert - it’s a delightful twist that I can't stop raving about! 🌊
