If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Ba Miền is a delightful stop in Paris! The menu boasts a variety of rich flavors, and I was particularly impressed by their "bo tai chanh," which had the perfect balance of tangy and fresh. The atmosphere is cozy, ideal for family outings, but it does get quite busy - be prepared for a little wait during peak hours.
