Umiya Sushi is a delightful gem in Eugene! 🌊 I experienced a cozy atmosphere perfect for a solo lunch. I indulged in their teriyaki, which was expertly prepared with a savory sauce - definitely not the typical sweet variety. The bento box was generous and allowed me to mix and match flavors.

The fast service was a nice bonus, and the tea selection was impressive! 🍵 While the menu does offer some Americanized fusion options, I appreciated the unique twists. I can’t wait to return for dinner soon!
