Hong Kong Restaurant is a delightful gem in Eugene! 🌟 The honey walnut shrimp and pork dumplings were standouts, with generous portions that left us pleasantly full.

On a busy Sunday evening, the service was surprisingly quick, and the staff were friendly. I especially loved the General Tso's Chicken; it was crispy, tender, and perfectly balanced between spicy and sweet.

And don’t miss the Dan Dan Noodles - they're packed with flavor! Affordable prices and a casual vibe make it great for families. I'll definitely be back... 🍜✨
