September 29, 2024Absolutely blown away by Spring House! 🌟 As someone from Hong Kong, I can confidently say their authentic southern Chinese dishes are the best I've tasted in Eugene.
The creamy egg and beef baked rice is a must-try, and the Vegetable Fried Rice was moist, fresh, and bursting with flavors - no dried-out rice here!
I also indulged in the Beef Chow Mein, featuring perfectly tender beef and those manicured skinny noodles. The casual atmosphere makes it ideal for solo dining or a quick lunch, plus the hot Jasmine tea is refreshing.
I’ll be back for the pan-fried noodles and more...! 🍜
