September 17, 2024Umami Express is a delightful find in Long Beach! I visited for a late-night meal and ordered the pulled chicken rice bowl. The chicken was incredibly fresh - juicy and seasoned just right! The steamed veggies, especially the miniature broccolis, maintained a delightful crunch. 🌱
Their special Szechuan chili oil added an amazing depth of flavor. I also tried the tahini-like sauce, which complimented the dish beautifully. The atmosphere is casual and trendy, perfect for a quick bite! Highly recommend giving this place a try - my new go-to for healthy Asian fusion! 🍜
