I came in to grab an iced coffee and decided to go inside instead of the drive thru thinking it would be quicker.
I ordered off the self order kiosk and waited for over 15 minutes watching order after order going out till a employee clocked in and said they don't pay attention to the order from the kiosk unless its a food order.
I finally got my coffees i get to the office and the drink is more water and ice than coffee itself it doesn't even taste like coffee.
While in there there was another person waiting no one came to him to complete his order until the same employee that clocked in came to serve him.
Last time i patronize this location.

Taco Bell delivers exactly what you'd expect: tasty, affordable fast food with a variety of menu options.
While it may not reinvent the wheel, it reliably satisfies cravings and offers a convenient dining experience.
Good for a quick bite when you're on the go.

I’ve been to some 2-star Taco Bell’s and I’m happy to say this isn’t one of them! I visited this past Monday night (12/4) around 10pm and got excellent service.
The girls at the window were pleasant and it was extremely quick.
My order is pretty complicated (vegetarian) and they got everything correct! I did a mobile order.
Overall will return! P.S.
the only negative thing about my experience was turning down the one way out of the parking lot.
Look at signs y’all.
Definitely my error 😅
