El Paisa Restaurant is a vibrant gem in Long Beach that captures the essence of Colombian cuisine! 🇨🇴 I visited for brunch and couldn’t resist trying the Bandeja Tipica - it was a delightful medley of flavors, and the accompanying spicy sauce was a star! The staff were incredibly friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The atmosphere was lively with great Colombian music, perfect for families and groups alike. Just a hint of noise, but hey, that’s part of the charm! I’ll definitely be back for more of those delicious empanadas and their amazing strawberry shake. Highly recommend! 🌟
