True Texas Tacos is a delightful find in an HEB gas station! Their breakfast tacos are a must-try, especially paired with the orange turmeric Agua Fresca. The empanadas are delicious too! While the tortillas could use improvement, the friendly service and quick turnaround keep me coming back for more...

True Texas Tacos, nestled in the H-E-B gas station, is a hidden gem for breakfast lovers! 🌟 I decided to give their breakfast tacos a shot, and while I found the empanada and taquitos delightful, the tacos themselves fell a bit short on authenticity for me - those tortillas just didn't have that soft, homemade feel. <br>

That said, the orange turmeric Agua Fresca was a refreshing surprise and absolutely worth the trip! The staff was impressive, working seamlessly to get everyone served quickly. I can't wait to come back to try their non-breakfast options, especially that freshly made pizza... Will be back soon! 🌮😋
