Hidden in an H-E-B gas station, this spot serves up some seriously tasty breakfast tacos! The orange turmeric Agua Fresca is a must-try, and the empanadas are delightful. Just bear in mind the tortillas aren’t as authentic as I'd hoped... but I’ll definitely return for more!

True Texas Tacos, nestled in the H-E-B gas station, is a hidden gem for breakfast lovers! 🌟 I decided to give their breakfast tacos a shot, and while I found the empanada and taquitos delightful, the tacos themselves fell a bit short on authenticity for me - those tortillas just didn't have that soft, homemade feel. <br>

That said, the orange turmeric Agua Fresca was a refreshing surprise and absolutely worth the trip! The staff was impressive, working seamlessly to get everyone served quickly. I can't wait to come back to try their non-breakfast options, especially that freshly made pizza... Will be back soon! 🌮😋
