Linda is amazing!!!!! Best customer service ever.
Loved the quick and convenient ordering process and the smile.
Fries were fresh and everything tasted great.
This location is great a bit hidden away but worth the extra drive from 281/San Pedro. Really enjoyed my visit here.

I’m very disappointed in this store their service is usually on point when I order here but after explaining I didn’t get the sauce or kerwin toy a minute after leaving and coming back which I paid extra for so my sister can try to complete the collection I was told I was wrong even though I brought in the box showing that I didn’t get either and the employee at the front refused to give us the toy that comes with the the meal that they missed and I asked if they can look at the cameras or reimburse me because I didn’t get either she kept saying no and that I would have to buy an entire new meal even though I already paid for the meal that’s supposed to come with the toy and all this while being given attitude please get better training

Wow it’s been a while since I’ve experienced such happy good people working at a Macy D’s.
At 8:45 pm tonight we went to get dinner for the family and the manager and the two in the drive windows were on point.
This is the store that sets standers up for the other stores to learn from.
