4/11/24: Placed order online--two giant sandwiches and four bags of chips--and was shorted two bags of chips.
Arriving at my destination, and not having time to return to the store, I called the store, was put on hold for several long minutes, and then was abruptly told "You'll get a refund" before the employee rudely hung up on me.
The generous tip I prepaid was definitely unearned, and I seriously doubt they will follow through and actually refund me.
Time to find a better location (or different sandwich shop). Anyone can make a mistake and I am not unsympathetic, but just make things right and don't be rude about it.

My favorite sandwhich is their #8 Club Sub- Mikes Way! Order online 20 mins before or excepted a long line when arriving, especially during lunch.

Went in to this location today to grab a quick bite.
Everyone inside greated us and we're very nice.
It was our first time eating here the staff was quick to explain the menu and the fixings.
We will definitely be coming back to this location.
