Toshi's Ramen is a must-visit for any ramen lover! 🍜 On a recent road trip to Eugene, my daughter and I decided to check it out, and we were not disappointed.

She enjoyed the miso soup and original ramen – “the best she’s had in a while!” My spicy Shoyu Wakame was packed with flavor, comforting yet vibrant. The ambiance is cozy, and the staff, especially June, made us feel like family.

It's a small spot, so it can get crowded, but that only adds to the charm. Will definitely return next time we're in town! 😊
