Top Phở is a cozy gem on Colfax Avenue! 🌟 I recently indulged in the large combination pho, and wow, it was massive! The broth was rich, slightly sweet, and brimming with tender rare steak and brisket. The noodles were perfectly cooked, making each slurp rewarding.
I also loved the grilled spicy meat on the side - though not too spicy, it was delightfully grilled.
