Tacos Junior Mexican Restaurant is a hidden gem on East Colfax! 🌮 I recently tried the tacos de al pastor and carnitas, and they were among the best I've had in the States - authentic and full of flavor.

The atmosphere is cozy, with charming decorations that transport you to a little town in Mexico. Don't miss the sopes; they are a must-try! The horchata is also outstanding - not watery like most places.

While the outside area has its challenges, the food and friendly service more than make up for it. I’ll definitely be back! 🙌
