Tacos Jalpa is a cozy gem on E Colfax Ave! 🌮

I visited recently and was impressed by the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. We started with their homemade salsa, which was bursting with flavor and had the perfect kick!

For entrees, the birria tacos and carnitas were simply fabulous - flavorful and just the right amount of heat. The service was prompt and the staff extremely polite.

If you're in the mood for a quick, delicious meal, Tacos Jalpa should definitely be on your radar... Can’t wait to return! 😊
