If you’re in Memphis, don’t miss Tom's Barbecue! It’s a cozy, casual spot that feels like a hidden gem.

I indulged in their brisket sandwich and was blown away by the tenderness and smoky flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly, with the owner even stopping to chat and share some burnt ends with us while we were on a long drive!
