This place is a dumpster fire.Ordered online and checked the order and saw I did not receive any sauce.So after being ignored I asked for honey mustard.To get the response " we don't have no honey mustard.Well that would have been nice to know when they bagged the order instead of just ignoring it on the order.Then she asks what was I waiting for.Well the shake I didn't get.She points to the ice cream station that she knows nobody is working at.I was ignored there also.Then finally I asked a guy if he could make it.He said yes.That didn't happen neither.So back to the counter again to get ignored.I had to ask for it again.They told me "we don't have any chocolate".Why is it so complicated to inform the customer of something you don't have? They clearly see it on the order.They don't have a care in the world.If you are interested in nasty attitudes, being ignored, and not even get what you ordered then this is the place for you.
We placed a $40+ order, including 3 large shakes and 2 seasoned fries through the app.When we went in to pick up the food, we were told they did not have the right size cups for the shakes.That was incorrect because they were indeed 20 oz.cups.The cups had ice cream dripping all over the outside of the cups and lids.Two of the shakes lacked about 1/4 of the shake.That was irritating enough, but the third one had even less than that.I complained because it was a full 2 inches below the top of the cup and the employee acted as if as if she had completed her job.She did finally add a little more ice cream to the top of that one.The shakes were all very loose.When I began on mine, I discovered nothing more than chocolate milk an inch or two down under the loose "shake".The smoky mountain fudge shake is the only real attraction for me at Jack's.I have enjoyed many.This one was extremely subpar and a huge disappointment.This is a new store, and it felt as though staff had not yet been properly trained.For $40, my family of 3 can order a nice meal at a sit down restaurant and get better food, service, and ambiance.
Visited Jack's on Shelby Dr.this morning.Ordered steak and biscuit combo, was given bacon and biscuit.It took a long time in the drive thru. After going home and finding my order was wrong, I went back to the store.Manager seems to have had an attitude because I brought it back.She fixed the order and told the girl give it to her it's correct.She did not make any eye contact. She does not have any professional skills in dealing with the public. This being a new business, you need to be more companion for people you are serving, when the mistake was yours.I didn't ask for anything free, just correct my order.
