The workers here are absolutely SORRY! Not interested in anything besides smoking and finding ways to do as little as possible.They're already understaffed, yet choose to lock the doors and have customers line up on the opposite side.I waited 30 minutes just to be lied to by a lady wearing a synthetic wig holding a Newport 100! This has to stop and the workers need to be replaced!

The line was backed up sat at the menu for 15 mins.Got to the window sat another 10 mins guy taking orders no one making them employee that eventually made the orders was prior leaning against the counter for the front we were told pull up as she put on gloves then pull her selves up that should've been done before putting gloves on nasty.

If I could give 0 stars I really would.Worst experience I have had at a fast food establishment in a long time.Decided to stop on my way to work for a sunrise combo no egg.I will sum it up.Girl at the window was run.Once I got to the pay window and paid she rudely and quickly said "Go around" and shut the window.Go around where? So I waited there until she returned to give me direction.She then told me to pull by the door.Better because I don't read minds. I pulled to the door and decided to go in to speed the process up.Once inside I was greeted by stares of other people inside who appeared to be "waiting".One lady even gave me the uncomfortable look.There were also a few customers in line waiting to be served.The cashier was a bit rude to one of the older gentleman as his struggled to give his order.The manager asked me my order on a few occasions.No one seemed to have any urgency about the people waiting, taking orders or anything.While I waited I asked for napkins and ketchup.I asked for them again and then a 3rd time.The manager told the same rude young lady from the window to get me napkins.After about 10-15 minutes (added on to the 5-7 minutes prior drive thru time), I finally got my order no napkins.I was frustrated at this poinu and didn't worry about it. Because I was running late for work I pulled my sandwich out to eat before work only to see a long hair on my sandwich. I bust a u turn to fast and took the bag inside. It was a few minutes before being acknowledged. At this point I just wanted a refund.The manager came to register and I kept telling her to look in my bag.I wanted her to see.After my 3rd request, as she was processing my refund , she finally looked and replied that she didn't make it as if that mattered.Once done she asked me where the drink was.I told her I would gladly return their drink as well, which I failed to snatch up as I was moving so fast to return this mess.I guess after it came out of her mouth, the manager realized that soda wasn't that important and said not to worry about it. This experience was just GHETTO.
