Tierra Del Sol is a hidden gem in Portland’s Mercado! 🌟 I indulged in the chicken tacos, and wow - they truly lived up to the hype! So fresh and bursting with flavor, paired perfectly with a refreshing mango pineapple agua fresca.

The mole amarillo was incredible too, though the rice could use some improvement. 🌮✨ My friend raved about the veggie taco, and the atmosphere is casual yet cozy - great for families!

With plenty of accessible seating and free parking, this spot is a must-try for anyone craving authentic Oaxacan cuisine! I can’t wait to go back!
