If you're looking for a taste of Colombia in Portland, El Pilon Kitchen is a hidden gem you can’t miss! 🌟 Tucked behind a gas station, this takeout spot serves up the most delicious paisa tamales - each bite is simply perfect, bursting with flavor.

We also indulged in their massive, stuffed arepas and crispy empanadas, all for super reasonable prices. You can really tell they care about their ingredients, with many gluten-free and vegan options available.

Make sure to order ahead online; the food is prepared quickly, but you’ll want to savor it at home. I can't wait to return! 😋✨
