Theodore's Blues, Booze, and BBQ

Our waitress (Emily) was awesome, the waffle fries excellent (crispy outside, soft inside), potato salad lacked flavor, as well as the mac-n- cheese, the coleslaw was good, cornbread was decent, the St Louis ribs- a good smoke, flavor and tenderness.
The bread pudding, my wife absolutely loved! Would definitely recommend it!

As part of Dine Springfield Restaurant Week, I kicked things off at Theodore’s Blues, Booze and BBQ , one of my favorite spots in downtown Springfield.
I enjoyed boneless bourbon barbecue wings with waffle fries and ranch sauce, while my sister had wings and waffle fries, and her cousin Mikey savored the burnt ends with mac & cheese.
Our meal was a 10 out of 10—absolutely delicious! The service was exceptional, with a super sweet server who offered us refills every five minutes.
The lemonade was perfectly sweet and refreshing.
To top it off, there was a live band that made the vibes immaculate. Make sure to stop by Theodore’s during Springfield Restaurant Week from June 7th- June 16th,You won’t be disappointed!

Not a bad place.
The staff were very friendly.
They gave us a heads up about the parking lot close by and it's a bit risky because the lot is owned by a towing company.
You do the math. The nachos weren't bad but they weren't my favorite.
They had chili on them.
If you like chili you'll love them.
I'm not a huge fan of chili. The ribs were DELICIOUS! I LOVED THEM. The Mac & Cheese was good.
Not kraft krap.
It was real homemade-style made with elbow pasta. The waffle fries and sweet potato tots were perfect.
Just enough crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The atmosphere was cool, laid back, and casual.
The place had a lot of art on the walls but we were in a corner out of sight so I didn't get any good photos. The bathrooms were nice and clean.
That's always a plus. The server was really nice and very helpful. All around a good place. Best, Clint Clint's Mint
