Tucked away in the Tower Life Building along the San Antonio River Walk, The Republic of Texas Restaurant is a delightful stop for a casual meal. 🌞
We settled into their cozy outdoor seating, enjoying a refreshing Vodka Martini and Irish Coffee. I opted for the bison burger, topped with brisket queso and crispy jalapeños - truly one of the best burgers I've ever had! My companion enjoyed the tender country fried steak with creamy mashed potatoes that were enough to share.
Wil at the "to-go" side was incredibly helpful, suggesting our drink orders. The atmosphere was lively, and the live music added to the charm. We'll definitely return whenever we’re back in town!

Stopped by this cozy spot along the riverwalk and enjoyed the delightful bison burger, complete with fried onions and jalapeños - definitely in my top five!
