El Castillo Mexican Restaurant is a cozy spot on St. Mary's that offers a casual dining experience. 🌮 We visited for breakfast, craving something authentic, and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff.
My wife enjoyed the green chilaquiles, while I opted for the birria quesadillas. Unfortunately, both were a bit greasy for our taste. However, the coffee was refreshing, albeit more on the light side.
I appreciated the quick service and relaxed atmosphere, making it a good choice for families or solo diners. It might not be perfect, but it certainly hits the spot for a quick and satisfying meal! 😊
