American restaurant, Breakfast restaurant
Our first time visiting here we decided to sit outside since it was a gorgeous day.Nice atmosphere and felt like something you'd see in Austin.I had a pork belly salad and it was excellent.Partner ordered pork belly biscuit and also enjoyed it.Service was odd.Nobody seemed in a hurry to take food orders and for awhile we thought we had been forgotten - even though there were at least 8 individuals coming and going to the patio area.Joseph did come over and help us and he was really nice.I'm not sure if the entire experience is always so slow, so just give it a little time or go somewhere else if you're in a hurry.
Stopping into The Press while in town for a Thunder game. It’s a historic area with cute shops and diners. The Press has an urban historic feel, lots of seats, a cute bar, and a couple to watch games. I had a bowl of chili and it was fantastic. Not too spicy. My daughter had the mashed potato chicken bowl.It was full of carbs but looked delicious.About $10 a head.We will be back for the next game!
I’m not vegan.I tried eating vegan a few times because a few family members are.I was frequenting the drive from OKC to Dallas for a while.I would get off the freeway and go out of my way to go get their vegan sloppy Joe.Several times. It may be an acquired taste, I don’t really think so.But this is a solid sandwich regardless of what your palette is and worth a try. They play soul music in the dining area too.
