I thoroughly enjoyed the food here! I didn't think I would, but it was seriously delicious Indian food!! Anytime you go to a buffet, you're taking a risk.
While I did do the buffet in order to try as much as I could, they do offer a full menu to choose from.
I will start by saying that the goat curry was my favorite dish of the day! The flavor was complex and delicious.
The chili chicken was also a fantastic dish.
They also had this cabbage dish with coconut that made my insides so happy! This place has a phenomenal way of dialing down the natural sweetness using savory notes that made it hard to stop eating! This leads me to dessert (the only plate of food I took a picture of).
I had the saffron and coriander soaked cake balls, which had a wonderful flavor and the texture of French toast that was slightly undercooked.
Next was a pineapple and cream-of-wheat pudding cake thing that was so effing tasty it was stupid (I ate 3 portions...) Last on the plate was a mango and apple custard, which was not my thing, but my wife loved and went back for more.
This place is definitely worth trying if you have an adventurous palate.
I wish the spice was stronger across the board, but I'm guessing it's tamped down to accommodate a wider range of patrons.
That being said, if you order off the menu, you can order the food spicier.

So many vegan options.
Probably 90% of the buffet was vegan and clearly marked.
I got 1 full plate from one side of the buffet and another full plate from the other side.
Loved everything.
Very friendly staff as well.
Very calm and quiet atmosphere.
I can actually have a conversation without hollering.

A beautiful setting in Oklahoma City for a blend of the taste of north and south of India.
The items and the masala are authentic.
Service is great.
