Pho Cuong Restaurant is a hidden gem on N Classen Blvd! 🌟

During my visit, I tried the vegetarian BÚN CHAY (B10), and it was absolutely phenomenal - my first experience with seitan, and I loved it! The extensive menu has something for everyone, from comforting soups to vibrant sides.

The atmosphere is cozy yet trendy, and the service was impressively fast. My family has frequented this place for over 16 years, and it never disappoints! I can't recommend it enough - great for solo dining or family outings! Can't wait to return... 🍲✨
