I recently discovered The Poké Republic tucked in Kashin Japanese Restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed! 🌺 The Over the Rainbow Poké bowl was a standout – the fresh shrimp, salmon, and tuna created an explosion of flavor with every bite.

The vibrant presentation was a true work of art, and the service was friendly and attentive. Clean and inviting atmosphere! I can’t wait to try the Sweet Lava bowl next time. Just a heads up, the dining space is limited, so plan ahead... Highly recommend for any poke lover in the Triangle! 🍣
