Overall Rating: 6.0/10 This Vietnamese restaurant offers an authentic atmosphere and reliable service, with food that mostly hits the mark but has room for some refinement. Atmosphere: 6.1/10 The restaurant boasts a unique layout and a welcoming vibe, reflective of a traditional Vietnamese eatery. The inviting exterior adds to the establishment's charm, making it an appealing place to visit. Service: 6.3/10 The staff was well-organized and friendly, contributing to a smooth dining experience.Meals were served promptly, which is a testament to the efficiency of the kitchen and service team. Food: Fresh Rolls: 5.5/10 These rolls were tasty, with well-cooked pork; however, they were slightly loosely wrapped, which impacted the overall presentation and ease of eating. The absence of peanut sauce was a notable miss, as it typically complements the flavor of fresh rolls. Meatball Pho: 7.1/10 A standout dish, the pho was fresh and flavorful. The broth was excellent, requiring no additional lime to enhance its flavor, which speaks to its quality. The meatballs and noodles were also well-prepared, making this dish particularly satisfying. Pork Fried Rice: 5.1/10 The rice was fluffy and the pork was tasty, but the excessive amount of carrots was less appreciated, suggesting a need for better balance in the dish's ingredients. Pork Rice Plate: 6.1/10 This dish was competently executed, with tender and flavorful pork. The cooking was done perfectly, contributing to a pleasant taste experience. Value: 5.1/10 Pricing was fair, aligning with what is typical for similar Vietnamese establishments in the area. The value proposition is adequate, offering a solid dining experience without being exceptional in terms of cost.
Pho Thien Phat Vietnamese Noodle House was truly a 5 stars experience for me.The food was really excellent, it was very well prepared with a very inviting presentation. The service was very quick and friendly with a wonderful, cozy atmosphere.I highly recommend Pho Thien Phat Vietnamese Noodle House.
Finally a Vietnamese restaurant in the triangle that warrants coming back to.It hits all the marks in terms of ambiance for a Vietnamese eatery and the food was so good.I had Bun Bo Hue and the broth was excellent, I didn’t even have to add anything to tweak the flavor.I can’t wait to go back and try the Pho Dac Biet.My husband is Vietnamese and he said so far it’s been the best spot we have tried for Vietnamese food in the triangle. We finally found a place comparable to Pho Hoa in Charlotte which is the spot you see all Vietnamese people go to.We saw the same here and that’s how I knew it was legit.Come here, you won’t be disappointed.
