First time trying after hearing good things and we couldn't have been more disappointed.Ordered fish and chips and it was so soggy and just "wet".Almost like it was steamed instead of fried.Even the fries were dripping in what appeared to be grease? Surprisingly the fries were actually fairy hard and undercooked in the middle despite sitting in liquid. Also ordered the Hot honey sliders...what a joke! Barely noticeable amount of hot honey on a otherwise completely dry and plain bun.I didn't expect a 5 start dining experience but this was horrible and we ended up throwing away most of it.

Hi Jonathan— Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t have a great experience with us and understand how disappointing it can be when a meal does not meet expectations, especially with something as classic as fish and chips and our hot honey sliders. We take your comments very seriously and would like to learn more about your visit to ensure we address these issues directly.Could you please email us at admin@bullwingsbar.com with more details about your order and visit? Your input is very much appreciated as we’re committed to improving.
Right next door to Pig Latin, we actually ate at Pig Latin but were still hungry so we stopped here.Drinks are cheaper here, and the food we had was better.Prompt service from the staff and our food came out hot! Will definitely be back to try the duck or pork chops.
This place looks like it soft launched as it used to be Bull Wings. From my understanding, it’s still under the same ownership and they wanted to shift beyond “wings”, which I’m all for. My kids and I decided to come to this establishment after a long day.We liked Bull Wings and the menu they had to offer, so initially we were a little bummed. After reading through the menu, it looked like the shift to a new menu looked pretty good.My kids had their chicken wings (we really wanted chicken that night) while I had the tenders.Food was fresh and no complaints around that. We’ve always loved their sauces and it was good to see that nothing changed as far as quality and freshness. The ambiance/look/feel remains from the old restaurant’s decorative upgrades. The bartender Dino was on top of it - covering the bar and our table and perhaps other tables. The schedule for servers were low that particular night, which I completely understand as this night may have been a slower night for the establishment.Dino was a new face to us and he was really nice to my kids and me - very engaging. We will have to come back to try out the rest of their menu. One request: PLEASE bring back the Crawdaddies or at least provide the ingredients to it LOL!

Thank you for the review and we really appreciate your support! You would be correct; same owners with a new name, menu, and look. Our goal was to create a space that the people of Elk Grove would be proud to say was a part of their city! We've tried our best to keep the favorites from the past but we also knew it was time to freshen up the menu.We are glad you had a great time and appreciate your patience as we go through this shift.More to come and we look forward to seeing you again! -P.S.Crawdaddy note has been taken, no promises but your feedback is valued. Thanks again.
