Palermo Ristorante Italiano is a gem in Elk Grove! 🌟 I recently enjoyed a cozy dinner here and was impressed by the warm atmosphere and fast, friendly service. The Spaghetti Carbonara was rich and flavorful, while the Tiramisu was the perfect sweet ending - just divine!
