I arrived @ about 11:30am.
I was told to wait 2-5 mins so they can restock…Once they were making my crepe it went fast.
None of their bottled drinks were cold.
The counter by the napkins was dirty and they were out of knives and told me to get one over on the other side of the counter—next to their competitor.
I realize maybe I arrived just after a lunch rush, but there were 3-4 people behind the crepe counter.
As for the food…the ham & swiss crepe included pump cheese you’d have on stadium nachos…which I don’t think it needed.
I really doubt I’ll come back here.

First and foremost, thank you for your feedback.
I understand your frustration about the drinks not being cold.
We have had a few repairs done on the cooler over the past few weeks, so trust me it has been just as frustrating for me.
I can also assure you that Big Bowl and Magic Pan are not competitors, we are actually the same place, but I don't know why so many of our crew was hanging around on the one side and not stocking it.
I will look into this and put the right disciplinary actions into place for those crew members.

So full disclosure, the location I visited was inside the airport in Denver, CO.
With that being said, I enjoyed my Hazelnut crepe with fresh bananas.
The portion size was just right and each crepe is prepared at the time you order.
The price was a little high but what food inside the airport terminal is not expensive.
Definitely would go again to try one of their savory crepes!

Is it the best crepe you’re ever going to have? Definitely not.
But it’s nice to have a different option at the Denver airport especially if you like crepes.
I got the chocolate banana and added strawberries.
