For brunch, the beignets were a standout, fluffy and decadent with a delightful chocolate sauce. We also savored the Hatch Green Chili Breakfast Burrito - spicy and satisfying!
Even better were Rolland’s off-menu cocktails; the "Barbie" was refreshing and perfect for spring. 🌷
Dinner was just as impressive, with the Bison Tartare and Scallops Noir stealing the show.
Service was impeccable - definitely a must-visit spot in Fort Collins! Will be back soon! 😊✨
