The Egg Bistro is a delightful breakfast spot that didn’t disappoint! 🌞 I recently tried the Gaucho sandwich, and it was bursting with flavor - exactly what I was craving. Our server Ava was a gem; she made us feel like family and was super knowledgeable about the extensive menu.

The atmosphere is cozy and trendy, perfect for a laid-back brunch with friends. I also loved the half-price drinks - we indulged in some spicy Bloody Marys that hit the spot! 🥂 Can't wait to come back for more delicious comfort food and great coffee!
