Salmon was lacking seasoning and cold in the middle. She crab soup was good.Flounder was absolutely tasteless.I ate 1 bite and decided I would just take it home and try to spice it up some.I don't think it even had salt and pepper on it.Creamed spinach was cold. The calm strips were hot and flavorful, and the cornbread was delicious.

Ummmm…WOW!! This place was fantastic from start to finish.Plenty of parking available. We arrived about 4:45 pm and there were several people in the restaurant.By the time we left all the seats were full and people were sitting at the bar. We were quickly seated and given time to look at the menu.So many delicious choices. Our table opted for the Friday special of Prime Rib (8.oz), Fried Seafood Platter and the Fried Clams dinner. Each meal came with two sides that included things like cole slaw, green beans, spinach casserole, French fries. The fried meals also came with hush puppies - the prime rib had Texas toast. Everything arrived to the table quickly - hot and fresh. There was practically no conversation at the table once the food arrived as we were all enjoying it so much. I often worry when ordering fried clams because they can be overcooked so easily. But, these could not have been any better - great breading and fried perfectly!! The spinach casserole and green beans I selected were also delicious. One of the sides chosen at our table was cole slaw. One person said they have become very picky about cole slaw, but thought their side was delicious. The prime rib was cooked to perfection (medium well) and was excellent. The seafood platter had large shrimp, scallops, clams, fish and oysters. The French fries were crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside.Delicious! The portions were very large and everyone enjoyed their meals. We were asked if we wanted dessert, but none of us took our server up on the offer. All agreed that they wouldn’t hesitate to go back and might even order the same thing again. It was definitely worth the drive from Suffolk!

Thank you so much for the kind review.😀😀
Service was great. The food was just OK.They need to do better with seasoning. How do you not know how to season fried food. They had one tv on sports and the other on QVC shopping channel. How goes out for dinner and watches the shopping channel! I was there for a birthday dinner, which was nice, but they need a new cook in the kitchen.
