Nice concept, I love the artwork on the walls that paid tribute to black culture, history and local sports teams.
The food was well seasoned and tasty.
However a little more attention could be directed towards cleanliness and clearing the tables for the customers to dine in.
Employees phones charging on two different tables, art and giant checker board game on others.
Rest Rooms in shambles, paper products was not in a dispenser.

I really enjoy the vibe of this small neighborhood restaurant.
The young man at counter that greets in the front of the house is always so polite.
Good R&B music playing takes your mind off the fact that there is a 10-20 minute wait.
The food is made to order which is ok with me.
If time would be an issue for someone, call ahead.
This fish is fried to perfection and seasoned perfectly.
The pasta is delicious, and the sides are great as well.
There is plenty of parking, but the restaurant is small inside.
