The Coco Nut is an absolute gem in Eugene! 🌟 I’ve been here five times in just two weeks! My go-to meal is the falafel wraps - they’re fresh and light. Don’t skip the Chocolate Cherry Smoothie or the refreshing kale chips; both are heavenly!

The cozy atmosphere feels like dining at a friend’s house, and the owners are the sweetest! 🧡 Everything here is 100% vegan and organic, making it my ideal lunch spot. Plus, their dairy-free soft serve is to die for! If only they were open 24/7... I’d be here for breakfast too! 😊
