El Nopalito is a true gem in Eugene! 🌮 The moment I walked up, I was greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of freshly made tortillas. I indulged in their delicious Sopes with chorizo and a pambazo filled with tinga de pollo - it was heavenly!

The standout, without a doubt, were the homemade tortillas - warm and perfectly chewy! The flavors were vibrant, and the salsas added the perfect kick. The staff was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic too! If you’re looking for the best tacos in town, don’t miss out on this delightful spot. I can’t wait to go back for the cochinita pibil tacos! ⭐️
