Love this place.
Great food and friendly, helpful staff.
I love the art and general decor, and it’s so fun to watch the cooks grilling your food right in front of you.
Nice and clean, too, tho they’re a little aggressive about customer only use of the bathroom.
But I highly recommend it, the shrimp was cooked perfectly and I even liked their lamb when normally I don’t.
Surprisingly affordable, too!

It’s definitely nice to know Eugene has a Mongolian grill! Was visiting from Portland & was not disappointed!! Definitely safe to say it’s much cleaner & modern vs (Chang’s) we have back in PDX.
Great service & amazing food No complaints!!

Food is great.
Service isn’t so great.
If I’m paying for all you can eat then I should be able to get as many bowls as I want the moment I come in the door.
I asked for two bowls and was told that I have to do one bowl at a time.

I get that, but we never know if people will take advantage and try taking food home.
You did get a second bowl I get that you did indeed eat it all.
Just mention that next time and we can usually do that.
But cmon you work in hospitality cut us some slack.
