Got 3 cherry snow cones w/ pickle juice, chamoy and Lucas.
As you can tell, there is barely any cherry flavor as I was handed this.
Barely any pickle juice and chamoy as well.
Which is bad considering the pricing.
To add, they had no cup holders.
Small thing but sucks if you’re alone.
I live down the road but will gladly drive further away next time than come here again.

We've discussed the situation with the onsite manager.
The flavored syrup is proportioned based on the order size, but we welcome requests for extra toppings or syrup at the point of purchase.
Regarding cup holders, we usually have them in stock, but occasional shortages from our vendor may occur.
Concerning the chamoy and Lucas, our standard procedure involves pouring them inside the cup before adding the shaved ice.

On our first visit there was a teenager at the window and she had an attitude like it was an inconvenience for her that we were there, but on our second visit the lady at the window was so nice and let us now whatever is on the menu they can customize or mix and match.
Food is good and affordable.
They also have misting fans for this Texas heat! The chill Zone is definitely living up to their name.
Great way to cool down while enjoying your snacks.
Definitely recommend!
