Rios Barbacoa is a gem for barbecue lovers!
I visited recently and ordered the all meat barbacoa special for just $12.99. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked, paired wonderfully with homemade corn tortillas. The pico de gallo added a nice kick! 🌶️
While I'd avoid the tamales - some didn't even have meat inside - the overall experience was warm and welcoming. The casual atmosphere really feels like home, and the service was fast and friendly.
