If you're in Kansas City, don't miss The Catrachas Mex II! Located conveniently on Independence Ave, this Honduran gem offers a casual ambiance perfect for lunch or dinner.

I tried the especial baleada, and wow - it was an explosion of flavors! The combination of meat, sour cream, eggs, refried beans, and avocado was heavenly.

The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. 🚪 Just a heads-up, there was a bit of an incident outside during my visit, which was unfortunate. Overall, the food is authentic and delicious; I’ll definitely be coming back for more! 🌟
