Taqueria Hernandez on Independence Ave is a solid spot for a quick bite! 🌮 I swung by for a late-night snack and ordered their classic carne asada burrito and a chicken quesadilla.

The burrito packed a punch, though it felt a bit on the oily side. Definitely filling, but I’ve had bigger for less money! 😅

Service was super friendly, and the casual atmosphere made it great for a chill dinner. Just a heads up - it can get a little noisy from the generator, so bring your patience! If you’re in the area, it’s worth a visit... but keep an eye on your order!
