September 16, 2024El Indio, Pollos Asados Al Carbon is a hidden gem in Kansas City! 🌟 I recently tried their whole grilled chicken for just $19, and wow - the char and seasoning were perfect. It came with flavorful pinto beans, moist rice, corn tortillas, and grilled onions and jalapeños.
The guys in the truck are super friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. It’s affordable, quick, and satisfying - a go-to for busy nights. I can’t wait to try the ribs next time! Highly recommend for either dine-in or takeaway... 🐔✨
